Scaling Agile
Our programs tend to be large and complex, with hundreds of people trying to work together to deliver a system at a global scale. Our organizations default to strict centralized control mechanisms that induce bureaucracy and approval gates. If we’re going to move fast we need ways to scale our development to integrate with our customers and drive more autonomy for our teams.
