Our guest speaker, Cary Stephan, provides insight into one of the most valuable principles of Agile. The Agile Manifesto establishes 12 principles to guide professionals and organizations. In this talk we focus on Simplicity–the art of maximizing the amount of work not done. Cary provides us with examples of this principle from the US Navy Seals taken from the book Extreme Ownership.
